Since his studies in IT Security at Mannheim University Timo Raabe hunts for cybercriminals. He started out as IT forensics expert at the criminal police, later as IT incident responder at BASF within it CERT/CSIRT. There he also fulfilled the role of operational liaison between IT and OT security. Since May 2016 he goes for hunt inside the Deutsche Bahn Group IT infrastructure. There he helps building up the corporate Cyber Resilience capabilities.

In this dialogue the CISO of DB Netz Infrastructure and an expert of the DB Systel CSIRT are discussing trends in Cyber security and what can be done in respect to hardening the environment for cyber resilience in a large corporate network. The discussion reaches from attack vectors in IT and OT to the challenges companies might face as a critical infrastructure provider that goes digital.
