Eugenio Carlon

Since April 2016, Eugenio Carlon is Head of Cyber Engineering for CyberSecurity at Airbus Defence and Space. He is responsible for the development of Cyber products and services as well as the technical service provision in projects and services. He leads the Cyber Defence Centre in Germany. Before, he worked as department manager at Astrium GmbH in the field of Astrium Services and as Head of IT-Security for MilSat Services GmbH. Eugenio Carlon was project manager for IT Security and Head of IT-Security for MilSat Services GmbH from 2006 to 2011. Prior to this position, Eugenio Carlon had the project leadership for customer projects in the field of C4I within the German Armed Forces since 2003. From 1990 to 2003, he hold various positions within the German Armed Forces, such as IT-Security Officer, IT Manager and Project Leader for Software Development and SASPF. Eugenio Carlon completed successfully his studies of electrical engineering at Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg.
