“IT meets Industry” is the meeting point for relevant voices from IT and Industry.
Interconnecting IT and Automation offers great opportunities for the operation of industrial production sites and critical infrastructures. However, this may carry along some complex risks. With the title “IT meets Industry” IMI brings together the OT and IT Community. The objective: Using the opportunities of Digitization at the best and minimizing risks.

The main focus of IT meets Industry is on Industrial Cybersecurity and Ciritcal Infrastructures.
Among others the following topics will be addressed:
Expect two days in a row of top-class presentations, vivid panel discussions and numerous opportunities to exchange ideas in discussions, communication breaks and at the Get-Together.
Furthermore participants have the opportunity to take part in a factory tour and in our Pre-Conference Workshop “Hands-on-Hacking” on November 19.
IMI addresses decision makers and professionals from IT and automation in industry and critical infrastructures: CEO, CIO, CISO, heads of operational technology / production, automation engineers, IT-professionals, IT-security-experts as well as decision makers from politics and science.
